Elliot SEguin - Test Pilot

Design, build, and test experimental aircraft.

Working in R&D Experimental Aerospace since 2005.  Total time 3000 hours in 100 types of aircraft,  700 hours testing, on >50 programs, in 14 types.  He has set 6 World records and has 13 first flights. He has Experimental Authorization to fly the Subsonex, L-29, L-39, and TBM Avenger. He is also a CFI/MEI.

Built two airplanes both Reno racers, one his own design.  At Burt Rutan's Scaled Composites for ten years; project engineer, flight test engineer, test pilot (300 hrs 6 types).  At Mooney aircraft spent 2 years (130 flight hours) as Lead Test Pilot on the prototype carbon fiber/diesel M10T (Chino R&D Facility). At Sanders he has spent 4 years reworking the Smokewinder program, increasing production by a factor of 4 and including flight test to their company services.

Justin Gillen - Test Pilot

Test early, test often.

Justin worked in rapid air-vehicle prototyping and flight test for over 14 years, and has been involved in design, build, and/or test on over 30 flight vehicles. Flight controls, hydraulics subsystems, and structural analysis, test planning and flight test. Leading engineer for Stratolaunch Systems fuselages, landing gear and flight control subsystems on the carrier aircraft. Currently working as Chief Test Pilot for Kitty Hawk Corp.

CFI with 57 aircraft types, including rotorcraft and floatplanes.  Flight test experience ranging from LSA, experimental amateur-built, and turbine aircraft. He has test pilot experience, including 2 first flights, and has been involved as either safety-chase or test pilot in over 130 test sorties.

Jennifer SeguiN - Chief Of Staff

You have to know what you are in to.

Jennifer is an expert in communication and team organization. Growing up on an Air Force Base she became interested in experimental aircraft after being introduced to the R&D aerospace community at Mojave airport in 2007.

Jennifer is a pilot and has built two airplanes.  She has crewed Reno seven times, worked fourteen flight test programs, and works at Burt Rutan’s Scaled Composites since 2008.
